Cincopa allows you to streamline content management by linking individual galleries to a Master Gallery. This is useful when you want multiple galleries to inherit the settings or media updates from a central gallery—saving time and maintaining consistency across your media assets.
What is a Master Gallery?
A Master Gallery acts as a central source for media content. Any gallery linked to it can automatically reflect changes or updates made to the master, such as newly added assets, order, or layout preferences.
Steps to Link a Gallery to a Master Gallery:
- Go to Cincopa.com and log in with your credentials.
- Click on the “Galleries” tab in the top navigation bar to view your existing galleries.
- Locate the gallery you’d like to link to a master. Under its thumbnail, click the three horizontal dots (…) to open the options menu.
- Hover over “Link to Master Gallery” A list of available master galleries will appear.
- Click on the desired master gallery you want to link your current gallery to.
- Once linked, the gallery will now reflect content and some settings from the selected Master Gallery. You can still customize display settings individually if needed.
