When it comes to cancelling your Cincopa account subscription, there are no cancellation fees involved and you may cancel it at any time. Monthly and yearly plans won’t be charged at the next billing cycle after you cancel. Cancelling is just one click, no questions asked. You may cancel a subscription up to the day of the next scheduled payment.
You must cancel your own subscription. Cincopa cannot cancel your subscription for you. All payments are via a subscription you create with the payment service you use.
To cancel your PayPal subscription :
If you are using PayPal to pay for your Cincopa subscription, you will need to login to your PayPal account and then cancel the subscription. For steps on how to do this, please see this article.
To cancel your BlueSnap subscription :
If you are paying for your subscription via BlueSnap using your credit card, you can login to your Cincopa account and then access BlueSnap to manage your susbcription. For detailed instructions, please refer to this article.
