Export Analytics Data

How to Export Analytics Data

To export data from galleries Analytics simply follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Galleries page.

2. Select the gallery you wish to generate Analytics report for and click on 'More Analytics'.

3. Click on the 'Export' button.

NOTE: Data will be exported in a CSV format file. Save the data file.

Export analytics for one video asset

  • Open Media Library / Assets and find the video.
  • Click its Analytics control to open that asset's report.
  • Review the selected period and click Show More where available.
  • Use Export to download the available analytics as CSV.
  • Keep the video ID and report period with the downloaded file so you can interpret it later.

The asset report can contain viewer and aggregated playback information depending on the export offered by your account. Confirm the downloaded columns rather than assuming that an asset export and a gallery export have identical contents.

Use Video Analytics for metric definitions and Live Feed for individual activity. To download asset IDs, titles, and file metadata rather than viewing statistics, use the separate asset inventory export.
