Along with the Video analytics, the Analytics page can also be set up to provide detailed information about users. When you have your own members site and you want to track your users by name/email/account id in Cincopa analytics then you can add the following short code to your website. The user data that you set will be sent with every video view to Cincopa, that way later you can access the analytics and search for view of a specific user.
Following are the steps to identify users on the Analytics page:
Step 1: Navigate to the Analytics tab
Step 2: Click on Recent visits from the left menu
Step 3: Under the Users column click on the thumbnail next to the username
- The next page shows the analytics of the user for instance the viewer’s name, email address, first/last view, etc.
And that’s it! You have successfully been able to identify your user information!
