The My Profile section allows you to manage your personal account details, update your password, and control basic security and communication preferences. This section ensures that your account information remains up to date and secure.
How to Access My Profile
Step 1: From the dashboard, click your profile icon in the top-right corner
Step 2: Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu
Step 3: From the left-hand menu, click on My Profile
Profile Information
The Profile Information section allows you to update your personal details associated with the account. This includes your first name, last name, and registered email address.
The email address is displayed along with its verification status. If your email is verified, it will be indicated accordingly. Keeping this information accurate ensures proper account identification and communication.
Password Management
This section allows you to update your account password. To change your password, you are required to enter your current password followed by the new password and its confirmation.
Updating your password regularly helps maintain account security and prevents unauthorized access.
Two-Step Verification
The Two-Step Verification field allows you to add an additional layer of security by associating a phone number with your account.
When enabled, this can be used for identity verification during login or sensitive actions, improving overall account protection.
Google Authenticator
You can enable Google Authenticator to add an extra layer of authentication to your account. Once enabled, login will require a verification code generated from your authenticator app in addition to your password.
This feature significantly enhances account security by preventing unauthorized access even if your password is compromised.
Email Preferences
The Email Preferences section allows you to control the type of communications you receive from Cincopa.
You can choose to subscribe or unsubscribe from promotional emails, weekly tips, and monthly newsletters. This helps you manage the frequency and type of updates you receive.
Additionally, you can configure Gallery Update Emails based on your preference. You can choose to receive all updates, only error-related notifications, or disable these notifications completely.
Saving Changes
After making any updates in the My Profile section, click on Save Changes to apply and store your modifications.
Account Deactivation
At the bottom of the page, you will find the option to deactivate your account. This action is permanent and should only be used if you no longer wish to use the account.
