Cincopa Assets page is the place to upload and manage all your media assets.
The asset page contains a list of all your media items that you add to your Cincopa account. This means you can customize, delete or share every single media file individually here.
How to access Assets Page?
Log into your Cincopa Account or Sign up for a new Cincopa Account
To access the Cincopa Assets page you will have to simply click on the Assets page from Cincopa’s homepage.
Once you are in the assets page, Cincopa provides lots of options and customizations that you can use with your Assets.
Here is a list of few things you could do on the Assets page:
Upload new files to the assets section using Cincopa’s different Upload methods
On the top left corner of the Assets page, click on Upload Files to upload any media (Image, Audio, Video, PDFs, etc).

Sort and view all your media files
You can sort the media contents available on your Assets page using the sorting tools provided in the top right corner as shown in the screenshot below.

Edit information and metadata related to media assets
–> In order to edit the media information, you will have to click on Video Settings as shown in the screenshot below.
–> In the ASSETS INFO section, you can enter the Title, Description, Notes, Tags, etc.
Share your media file directly from the Assets page
–> If you wish to share the asset to anyone via social media you can simply click on the Share icon as shown in the screenshot below.
Note: You can also share the media files from inside the Video Settings option as shown in the URL
Embed your media file directly from the Assets page
In the Assets Page, you can also find the option to embed a media asset to your website.
When you click on the Embed option, you will receive a code that you can then paste it in your website code.

Add thumbnails, subtitles, annotations, and CTA to your video files
–> In the media files Video Settings, you can also change Thumbnails, Subtitles, Annotations, and CTA of your video to meet your branding guidelines.
Download the media file
–> In the Assets page, you also get an option to download the media files. Simply click on the Download option as shown in the screenshot below.
Delete file
–> To delete a file from the Assets library, click on the Delete icon as shown in the screenshot below.
